The Forno Pizza Brace woodfired Pizza Oven is the newest in Alfa’s line of mobile metal ovens. With an deep oven depth and 241/2″ wide oven mouth, the Forno Pizza Brace is versatile enough to simultaneously grill meats and cook pizza. A The actual cooking surface is 311/2″ wide x 153/4″ deep. The oven door can be used as a sill by fitting it in to the slots provided for that purpose.
